This is an early draft for a audit tool that will be available as a self-assessment and a service to organisations. In my work over 25 years with the leaders of charities, social enterprises and social businesses organisations, large and small, I’ve seen how simple steps can help clarify what they do best and create a clear roadmap to impact. This enables them to focus their energies on doing the things that will help them realise their ambitions. It also helps to build organisations that are characterised by their ability to deliver measurable and meaningful impact.
