Social Performance Solutions is a consultancy company dedicated to supporting organisations with a social purpose to deliver more impact for their money, and to become ‘impact ready’ for social investment. 

We've found that impact is created by good organisations; not just scaling 'good products.'  Effective organisations both measure and manage their impact. Many organisations, seeking to improve lives, miss simple opportunities to achieve impact. Some harm those they try to help. By embedding social value into core business we support commercially-successful, customer-centric organisations that are leaders in achieving their social mission.

This means working to understand your purpose, context, values and way of working, to bring our expertise and experience to support you to make decisions about what makes sense for you, and build capacity to put this into practice.

Our experience and network is strongest in the UK, Africa and South and South East Asia, but we work globally. Our Director

Anton Simanowitz is a well-respected expert and practitioner in supporting social purpose organisations to be more effective in delivering impact, and for those who support and invest in them to make better investment, capacity building and policy decisions. He brings a depth of experience from his work in microfinance, initially focusing on impact measurement, but then moving onto the processes by which impact is created, as one of the creators of the Universal Standards for Social Performance Management.
